Well like I said, I truly am a "John Person," but of course I love George! How could you not love George? George was made of total win and the Beatles never would have risen to the heights of brilliance that they did without his musicianship. I also think that he was -- and this always sounds like an insult but I really mean it as a compliment -- the best backup singer I've ever heard. Of course I love his lead vocals too, but while John and Paul always get strong deserved credit for their harmonizing capabilities, George was often the one holding those songs together while J and P got the glory. George always gets slighted but he truly was indispensable. Really funny guy, too.

Those are fantastic! I love that they reflect a wide range of relationships and many ethnic groups. It also goes to show how important the way we word things is. Maybe if rape education focused more on making sure someone says "yes", rather than, as you mentioned, teaching people how to avoid rape, people would be less inclined to blame the victim.

On behalf of RAINN, I wanted to extend our sincere thanks to you for participating in this year's Day of Blogs. By raising awareness and money about RAINN, you helped to provide crucial services to victims of sexual assault, educate the public about this vital issue, and prosecute those responsible for this heinous crime. Thank you so much for all of your effort!

[...] What the Fuck is Wrong With my Friends? 28 July, 2008 — Mortality One of Sweden’s most knows bloggers was sexually assaulted on vacation. I read about this in a tabloid newspaper who posted the “sex” part of the headline in LARGE letters and the rest in very small ones. Also, this blogger is young, female and pretty. So they had a huge picture of her on the front page too. This is wrong for so many reasons that I can’t even be bothered to write about it cos other people do it better. [...]

Wow Ryan, that was worth a good laugh. I don't have the time to explain why all of those comparisons were so fatally flawed (like the fact that they picked some of the worst pictures of Paul ever, that don't even look like Paul present, or the way that face shape always changes slightly with age, or the way that many of the Paul vs. Faul comparisons are ridiculous for the way in which the "two men" look exactly the same). I'll just hope that you found it amusing, too, rather than credible and are joking? I mean, I will have this argument if need be. But no really, it gave my husband and I a good funny conversation.
